Before the rain sets in, we got some ring around the rosie into our morning... it started to sprinkle while we were singing. I may or may not have let them play in the rain for a minute or two.
We came inside and enjoyed the dramatic play center... fancy words, huh??!!! It means we played in the "Kitchen and House" area for pretend play.
The stories they come up with during pretend play is awesome.
Today we had dads, brothers, babies, dragons, and transformers all living under the same roof.
Then we played some games using letters and hula hoops...
Music was on (Lemonade mouth- thanks Melissa for our new fave), and they had to search for letters in their name. My older kids did a great job...
Even some of the little ones found their letters too... and then danced on them. Not naming any names, Mia!
We finished our morning off with a birthday celebration... Baby K turns 1 today. I have had K in my daycare since she was 4 months old. I have loved watching her through the months, hit milestones, and see her personality start to develop.
