Today is such a rainy and gloomy day. The kids got some place time outside before the storms came through. While I did art one on one with the preschoolers, Jackie read some books.

To continue with our milk and cookies theme, we painted with straws to make spilled milk.

The kids made some neat observations about the paint and how it splattered when they would blow on it.

We also chatted about the direction the paint went as we blew on it as well.

But we didn't cry over our spilled milk....
