I am going one week II of wearing my body bugg. This is a device that you wear 24/7 that tell you how many calories you are burning. You take it off only when you shower, swim, or logging food. It is a great motivator to stay active.
I have met my calorie burn 13 out of 14 days but the scale is not moving that much for me. Which is my hint that my food intake is still way off. I tried keeping a rough guess in my head but again judging by the slow loss, my guessing is off.
Today, I started my food journal again... I even bought a pretty journal. I am taking it day by day. And today is a good day!!! My calories are where they need to be!
