Bacon Ranch Chicken Pasta
1 package of yolk free egg noodles
2 cups of chopped chicken
1 cut of buttermilk (I used 2%)
1/2 of reduced fat sour cream
2 table spoons of ranch dressing
6 tablespoons of real bacon bites
1/4 of cup Parmesan cheese
Cook noodles according to package
Keep warm
In pan over med. heat, add chicken, cook until browned.
Combine milk. sour cream, and ranch in a large bowl.
add noodles then chicken
Toss until noodles are coated
Sprinkle dish with bacon and cheese

1lb of lean ground beef
1/2 cup of onion (I use onion powder for flavor- hate onions)
1 small green pepper (I used chopped frozen ones)
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of flour
2 table spoons of Dijon mustard
1 table spoon of ketchup
1 tube of refrigerated crusty french loaf
4 slices of reduced fat chedder cheese
1 egg white beaten
3 table spoons of parm cheese
Ground your beef with onion and pepper
Add garlic, cook 1 minute longer
Stir in flower, ketchup and mustard
set aside

roll out refrigerated dough (I cooled it on a cooking sheet- spray with cooking spray first)
add hamburger mixture
add cheese on top

cut air holes in the top
brush with egg whites
sprinkle parm cheese on top
Bake at 350 for 25- 30 minutes
