Candle and Chocolate Time...

Day 3 of vacation was one of my favorites. We did 2 things that I have never done with the kids or even as an adult. We went down town and made candles. You can choose the size jar you want to fill and you fill er' up with scent cubes.

Gaby and Kadyn really enjoyed this... Mia rushed through it but still had a fun time!

The last step after filling the jars up is filling it with with clear wax.

While the candles were cooling, we went across the street to visit the chocolate shop. We saw how some of the candies were made and we even bought some sweets treats!!! We even got the idea to make our own chocolate covered strawberries for New Years Eve. What a fun morning...

After our candle and chocolate morning, our friend that works at Jason's Deli hooked the kids up with free meals! The girls and I met up with Dustin for lunch. It was yummy and we even ran into some of our friends from daycare.
