Week 4 and week 5...

I am taking a picture each week to help keep track of my progress as I strive to loose 35 more pounds. I wish I started sooner but here is week 5. The picture sucks... there was a big weight lifting dude in my personal space so I was trying to hurry up!
Week 5: ran 1.75 miles
.25 miles walked
lifted weights
ab machine

Week 4: Finished couch to 10K app. Running 4 minutes, walking 2 minutes for 60 minutes.
5 miles total

Isn't this gross?? After running, this is the hot mess my hubby gets to see. I know, he is one lucky man!
This was my first time to get 5 miles in 60 minutes.

Monday's weigh in... down 12 pounds! (2nd time to loose it though)
